After reviewing your request, if the article is delivered wrong from our side than we’ll get it picked from your doorstep and you will not be charged
for shipping. But if the article is delivered right as per order and do not have any issue with it and you still want to
exchange than you’ll have to ship the article.

the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.
